Whole Home

Renovation

Remodeler/Contractor: Kamanski Construction

Project Details

This full-home renovation transformed an existing structure into a stunning, modern mountain retreat, with smart design decisions that maximized space while keeping costs in check.

The project involved a complete interior gut to sheetrock and subfloor, allowing for a fresh start with thoughtful design upgrades. Structural modifications, such as relocating the main entry, removing 4 structural posts, and installing large metal I-beams created a more open and functional layout. High-end finishes, custom features, and expanded indoor-outdoor connections make this home both stylish and highly livable.

The remodel added three full bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a basement laundry room, and plenty of living and entertainment space without major structural overalls.

The unfinished basement was transformed into a livable space and all lighting and plumbing were upgraded. A major highlight of the renovation was blending the outdoor and indoor living spaces. This was achieved by replacing standard sliding doors with custom bi-fold doors and expanding the deck with durable Trex decking and sleek cable handrails.

The finished renovation is a modern yet cozy home with excellent craftsmanship, spectacular views, and perfect space for hosting.
