Client’s Goals

Our client in South Carolina was looking for a home that met their specific needs, and couldn’t find a house on the market so they came to us with their hopes and dreams. Ultimately, they wanted a cozy and comfortable home with blue and white tones throughout. They weren’t looking for anything too extravagant, but rather something that felt and looked modern and clean.

What We Did

We designed and built this gorgeous custom home from the ground up and helped source the highest quality materials that complemented every room. High, vaulted ceilings with built-in dimmable energy-efficient lighting, grey vinyl flooring, light grey walls, lots of full-length windows for natural light to seep in were added. No wall was added between the kitchen and living room to create an open space for the homeowners to have guests and family over for gatherings.
