Modern Farmhouse Transformation
Remodeler/Contractor: Kamanski Construction
Project Details
Situated on 11 acres, this project started with a complete teardown, leaving only the floor framing and exterior brick. From there, the home was reimagined with a fresh, open layout, vaulted ceilings, and custom finishes that elevate every space.
The kitchen features Taj Mahal countertops, a natural stone backsplash, and custom cabinetry to create a warm yet sophisticated feel. A custom patio garage door helps blend the indoor and outdoor living spaces and makes entertaining easy.
A number of additions were made to the home, including a primary suite and a gable roof front entry. In the outdoor living area, a back deck and covering were added, along with new privacy gates, as well as a new driveway and landscaping.
