Tuscany
Renovation
Remodeler/Contractor: Kamanski Construction
Project Goal
For this project, the family wanted a full-scale transformation of a 7,600 square foot residence that would elevate every corner of the house without losing the soul of the original architecture. The goal was to modernize while honoring the home’s traditional Tuscan character, blending old-world warmth with a fresh, refined aesthetic built for a family who loves to entertain.
A Full-Home Transformation
No space was left untouched. The kitchen was expanded to handle large gatherings with ease, and entirely new entertaining spaces were added, including a dedicated wet bar and a custom coffee bar. The basement, previously a patchwork of wasted square footage, was reimagined from the ground up into a fully functional living quarter complete with a new bedroom, laundry room, kitchenette, bathroom, gym, and home theater.
Delivered in Seven Months
With a timeline as bold as the design, our team delivered the complete remodel in just seven months. Every detail was designed to add lasting value, and the finished home proves it. Every surface was elevated while keeping the Tuscan design intact.
