Open Concept Living Room
Remodel
Remodeler/Contractor: Kamanski Construction
Project Details
The goal of this remodel was to create a warm, open, and inviting living room.
The original layout felt closed off, with a separate office and narrow entry hallway. To transform the space, we removed load-bearing walls and reframed the entire roof. This opened the space up to make it more welcoming and allowed for a dramatic vaulted ceiling.
By raising the ceilings and incorporating a soft-neutral color palette, the home now has a bright and airy feel. The new fireplace design gives the room a natural focal point.
The farmhouse-style front door and custom chandelier add character to create a living area that feels both grand and cozy at the same time.
