Bathroom & Deck Remodel

Remodeler/Contractor: Kamanski Construction

Project Details

This home underwent a stunning transformation. Both the primary and guest bathrooms were completely gutted and rebuilt from the studs to bring a spa-like atmosphere to the home.

Custom cabinetry, elegant tilework, and sleek, wall-hung toilets that maximize space and style help the bathrooms stand out, but it’s the heated floors and towel racks that add a true touch of luxury.

Out on the deck, structural changes opened up the pool view by removing a central post and installing a support beam. The expanded deck now features Trex decking with a hidden fastener system, custom metal handrails, and a relocated staircase.

Whether relaxing in the beautifully upgraded bathrooms or entertaining on the deck, every inch of this renovation was designed with both function and aesthetics in mind.
