Project Details

This project went beyond a simple renovation – the home was completely revitalized from the ground up. First, we regraded the entire property to address water drainage issues and added RV parking.

The entire house was torn down to the floor framing and exterior walls, giving us a clean slate to completely reimagine the layout. From there, we added a garage and a spacious in-law suite, and extended the home’s footprint with a back deck and a welcoming front porch.

Inside, we fully redesigned all interior walls and raised the ceilings to create vaulted ceilings in the main living space and bedroom. The heart of the home features a custom wood-burning fireplace and custom finishes, such as the natural stone backsplash, under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting in the kitchen, 3 cm quartz countertops, heated floors in the bathrooms, and engineered hardwood floors throughout.

The home was finished with the highest quality materials and a clean, neutral palette contrasted with dark accents to create a warm and inviting space.
