Full Home Gut Renovation in South Carolina
Project Details
This home renovation focused on creating a more open, functional, and stylish living space while preserving character and craftsmanship.
The transformation began by removing a main load-bearing wall to merge the breakfast area with the main living room, instantly making the space feel larger and more inviting. A stunning new plaster fireplace draws attention into the living area with added warmth and texture.
The kitchen got a major upgrade, with an expanded layout that brings in more light and functionality. Custom quartz countertops, complete with a heated island, add both beauty and practicality. Under-cabinet and toe-kick lighting elevate the space with a soft glow that enhances the ambiance.
Throughout the home, reclaimed Chicago brick from a demolished building adds a touch of history and charm. The bathrooms were fully remodeled, featuring a custom special-order chevron tile from New York in the primary bathroom, paired with heated floors for ultimate comfort.

Andray and his people handled each surprise openly and professionally. Although each one cost us more, we were confident that they were fixed from the foundation out, and that we could depend on them far into the future.
