Full Home Gut Renovation in South Carolina

Project Details

Our client located in South Carolina wanted to remodel their new home and in order to meet their requests, we decided to do a full home gut renovation. They wanted to convert the 2nd dining room into an office, and transform the master bath to feel like a spa with a large soaking tub and heated floors.

Unlike a regular remodel, a gut renovation is a more intensive home project that involves taking down the walls, removing doors and indoor cabinetry, and replacing all of the plumbing and electrical. Once everything is removed, the barebone structure is the only thing that remains, which allows us to build a beautiful custom house from the “ground up.”

We opened up the living room to connect with the kitchen and living room, and added a grand concrete mantel that stretches from the floor all the way to the ceiling. Brand new appliances including a high efficiency dishwasher and smart fridge, brick tiles, and a large chandelier were added to give the space a modern farm-like vibe.

New flooring and bright recessed lighting were also added throughout the house. We were able to complete this project on time and are extremely proud of the finished result!

Let Us Help Your Remodeling Dreams Come True!

Andray and his people handled each surprise openly and professionally. Although each one cost us more, we were confident that they were fixed from the foundation out, and that we could depend on them far into the future.
