Remodeler/Contractor: Kamanski Construction
A Full Teardown Remodel
For this project, the client came to us looking to remodel every corner of the house from the ground up. The overgrown lot, the cramped floor plan, the dated finishes, none of it deterred them. They had a vision for a forever home in the country, and they trusted us to bring it to life.
Everything Old Became New
What followed was a complete teardown remodel with every interior surface stripped to the studs and every system replaced, paired with two full additions on each side of the original structure. The home grew from 1,324 square feet to over 3,100 square feet, more than doubling in size and gaining an entirely new identity inside and out.
A Property Transformed
The work didn’t stop at the front door. The surrounding land was cleared and graded, opening up breathtaking countryside views from every angle. A covered backyard patio was built for outdoor living and entertaining, and a dedicated workshop was constructed on the property.
