Step 1: Introduction & Discovery

We’ll start with a fit assessment call to learn to better understand your home addition ideas. Next, we’ll meet in person for an on-site consultation. If plans are needed, we’ll help guide you through that process

Step 2: Blueprint & Budgeting

We’ll present a detailed estimate with finish allowances and discuss value engineering options to stay aligned with your budget. Need a revision? No problem! We’ll adjust and revisit the estimate together.

Step 3: Planning & Pre-Construction

Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll sign your contract electronically and submit a deposit. From there, you’ll work closely with our project developer and design team to finalize materials, finishes, and prep for the build.

Step 4: Construction & Collaboration

Your project manager will schedule your build and keep things running smoothly. We’ll collaborate closely with you on selections and construction prep. During construction, our crew will treat your home with the utmost care and respect. 

Step 5: Completion & Care

Once construction wraps up, we handle professional cleaning and a final walkthrough. After you’ve moved into your new space and settled, we’ll check in with a one-year follow-up and handle any warranty work at no extra charge.
