How Our Process Works

Once you fill out an online form, here is what you can expect:

Step 1: Introduction & Discovery
Initial fit assessment call
Onsite consultation/Getting to know each other
Determine if we need a set of plans

Step 2: Blueprint & Budgeting
Detailed estimate presentation and finish allowances
Value engineering options
Revised estimate, if needed

Step 3: Planning & Pre-Construction
Contract and estimate electronic signing
Submit deposit
Work with project developer/design team

Step 4: Construction & Collaboration
Project scheduling with project manager
Collaborate with project developer for selections and construction prep
Construction

Step 5: Completion & Care
Space is professionally cleaned
Final walkthrough and finishing touches
Move in and celebrate

*Follow up after 1 year with any warranty repairs at no extra cost

About Kamanski Construction

Kamanski Construction is a family-owned remodeling company with more than 32 years of hands-on experience. Founded by Vasiliy Kamanski, a devoted father with a background in luxury painting, the business has grown into a trusted name in the South Carolina remodeling space.
Today, all eight of Vasiliy’s sons work in the business, each playing a unique role, from office management, onsite project management, quality control, to highly skilled carpentry work.From whole-home remodeling to kitchen remodels and custom additions, our team is proud to combine luxury-level quality with down-to-earth values.
